I am a proud Bangladeshi entrepreneur and the Founder & Managing Director of Webcoder-IT Institute. My entrepreneurial journey is deeply rooted in faith, responsibility, and a strong desire to contribute meaningfully to the development of Bangladesh.

Bangladesh is a country full of potential. Every year, thousands of talented young people enter the workforce with dreams of success, yet many struggle due to unemployment, lack of proper skills, and limited access to real opportunities. From the very beginning, my mission with Webcoder-IT Institute has been clear: to create employment opportunities for more than 100,000 unemployed individuals across Bangladesh, InshaAllah.

Webcoder-IT Institute was founded with a purpose beyond traditional education. It is a career-focused and mission-driven IT institute, designed to bridge the gap between learning and earning. Our objective is to equip students with practical, real-world IT skills, hands-on experience, and professional guidance so they can confidently build sustainable careers in the digital economy.

Alhamdulillah, every achievement in my life and every milestone of Webcoder-IT Institute has been possible only by the grace and mercy of Almighty Allah. I strongly believe that true success comes when intention is pure, effort is honest, and work is aligned with ethical values. Profit is important, but impact is essential. Our success is measured by how many lives we can uplift, how many families we can support, and how many futures we can transform.

As a practicing Muslim, I strive to follow the teachings and character of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) in both leadership and daily life—truthfulness, integrity, fairness, patience, and compassion. These principles form the foundation of our institute’s culture, policies, and vision.

At Webcoder-IT Institute, we do not only focus on technical skills; we focus on building disciplined, ethical, and responsible professionals. Our students are guided to become self-reliant individuals who contribute positively to society and the nation. We aim to create a generation that is not only employable but also capable of creating employment for others.

My long-term vision is to see a Bangladesh where unemployment is replaced by opportunity, where youth are empowered through technology, and where digital skills drive economic growth. InshaAllah, through continuous effort, innovation, and trust in Allah, Webcoder-IT Institute will play a vital role in shaping that future.
